Our top priority is safety and the health of our members. Due to the large amount of new exercises and complex movements involved with the CrossFit program, we feel there should be an emphasis put on the proper training of form and technique.
We are happy to have anyone who is already familiar with the CrossFit program and methodology. If you have already trained at another CrossFit affiliate, we would love to have you join any of our regular classes.
If you are just passing through from another part of the island or on vacation, a drop-in fee will get you into any of our scheduled classes. Call, text or send and email and we'll see what works best with your schedule.
